DIANNEHALLOWAY RETRO HERITAGE

> BTS NOTES AND UPDATES: >< THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF PRINT HEADS THAT CAN GO IN 3D PRINTERS, DIRECT DRIVE AND BOWDEN. BOWDEN HEADS ARE GOOD FOR PRINTING MANY MATERIALS, BUT THEY TEND TO STRUGGLE WITH FLEXIBLE FILAMENTS LIKE TPU. OUR CO-HORT R&D LOCATION (PHOENIX FORGE) WAS CONFIDENT THAT THEY FOUND A SET OF SETTINGS THAT WOULD MAKE SURE THE PRINTS WILL BE GREAT, 5 TEST WERE RAN HOWEVER THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO GET A SOLID FIRST LAYER OR CONSISTENT ADHESION. FURTHERMORE…PRINTING SLOW ENOUGH TO ACCOMONDATE THE CUSTOM SETTINGS PUSHED EACH SOLE SNEAKER TO A PRINT TIME OF JUST UNDER 3 DAYS, MEANING THEY WOULDNT’T BE ABLE TO GET A PAIR OF SHOES DONE IN THE PERFERRED LEAD TIME. >

< WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD HOWEVER WE DO PLAN TO USE A DIFFERENT MACHINE THAT CAN HANDLE THE FLEXIBLE TPU.>

< 08.6.2022 > New Service Location

Working with another service location for ‘Members’ to use. This brings a total of 17 locations. More progress to come with further updates and manufacturing features.

< 8.24.2022 >

Phoenix R&D Lab has completed a sample model to assess material. PA 11 Nylon was too tough so we had to scrap the material and choose a something with a bit more flexibility. I am seeking to touch base with my R&D lab in Boston to begin making my first footwear material to enhance additional abilities to future designs. And take my notes from what was performed in the Phoenix R&D lab.

< 9.2.2022 > The X-Membership open registration.

< Begins in September on the 9th. I am finally pleased with the results and direction of phase 1 of the platform AIRCAPTURE® to help support a creators journey. The biggest hurdle to a creator is acquiring funds to finance their projects. So this gives them a chance to do so with not so much put down and opportunity to promote to their fan base to gain orders.

< 9-18-2022 > It just got better … I just received my first proprietary hardware (XOS1) 4 days ago and I look forward to getting it ready to use. The hardware will be tested for connectivity whereas multiple assessments will be ran to verify its performance and signal strength.

<10-30-2022 >I found a new way to build the parts needed that are still in the realm

Of 3D printing. There is another method I

Am looking to try and will complete to be a faster process. I found a new way to express my process that I believe will be great introduction to my proprietary process.
